CEO and founder of SCALE
Ayman Nabil is the founder and CEO of SCALE for oil and gas training . He has a total of fifteen years work experience in the oil and gas indstry with one of the major international service providers in the world. He basically worked in Wireline and Perforating Product Service Line and then in training & development of newly hired engineers in the Eastern Hemi-sphere.
He started as a maintenance and repair engineer and got promoted all the way up to a Maintenance Services Coordinator (10+ years) and during this period he had been appointed as a Radiation Safety Officer for 7 years as a secondary assignment beside his main job.
Then he moved to Training Centers in Cairo and Malaysia and worked as the principal technical instructor in training and development for 4.5 Years in Cairo and Malaysia and other countries in MENA and Europe.
Now he started this organization to provide full suite of training courses in oil and gas industry disciplines along with a big group of experienced trainers.
